umm what is shamballa?
The term "Shamballa" signifies a mystical kingdom or realm, often described as a place of peace, enlightenment, and spiritual purity that originates from Tibetan Buddhist and Hindu traditions. It's believed to be a hidden paradise grounded in meditation practices and esoteric traditions.
Meredith chose to call her business Shamballa because of this symbolism and because in oe of her favorite super hero movies, "Doctor Strange," he receives a Wi-Fi password during his intensive training... that password is "Shamballa." She enthusiastically enjoyed the irony of sometimes only needing a quick key, trick or password to unlock your spirit's tranquility and step into paradise.

and who is meredith?

Meredith is a nature-loving tomboy, empath, traveler, yogi, dog mom, and lifelong seeker. A former college athlete and enneagram 2, she embraces every challenge with curiosity and heart.
Raised Catholic, she struggled with guilt, unanswered questions, and life’s hardships before discovering energy work, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki. These practices became her path to healing, and she believes everyone deserves access to tools that nurture their inner energy.
As an attuned Level II Okuden Reiki practitioner since 2022, Meredith offers intuitive guidance and Reiki healing for both people and animals, helping others find balance and restoration in the way they need most.
